Alice Waters wrote a memoir. She has opened several well known restaurants and is the chef who, you could say, is behind the popularity of organic food. Her restaurant is Chez Panisse. Although Chez Panisse doesn’t have a menu for kids, she considers it to be her comfort food of choice. While as a child she used enjoy it with pickles and soda, now she is a little more picky. She likes it with a fancy cheese from France and her cooking method is very specific. Her book is currently at number 13 on the non fiction list.
