Mohsin Hamid tells a very quiet story of the fractured world that we live in. Exit West is a look at the refugee crisis unfolding in the world today. There are so many innocent victims wrapped up in the problems going on with nations and people. Hamid decided to create a fiction out of a very real problem that humanity faces today.
